Tu ne dois pas tuer la boîte à merveilles, mais ralentir le nombre de choses proposées. J'ai découvert des trucs sublimes ici mais je ne peux plus suivre, comme devant une boîte de chocolats trop riche trop remplie. Le trop est l'ennemi du bien, fais toi désirer ! Il doit y avoir une place pour le psyché dans la foultitude des blogs existants !!! et vous, psychoteux, vous êtes souvent... riches jusqu'à l'étouffement ;) Continue piano piano. Parler des disques que tu proposes, ta façon à toi de les voir, donner des corrélations, ça peut être bien aussi.

I live an hour away from San Francisco. There is an excellent record shop there called Amoeba Records that I get my garage and psych. comps from. Thanks to your generous sharing, I'm able to fill in the vols. I wasn't able to find at Amoeba! (Like the other two cds of Chocolate Soup I've always been searching for)

Far as I'm concerned, all these volumes of psychedelic commercials are wonderful. I was much too young to appreciate such things when they actually aired, so it's great to hear them. I also appreciate your other work, even if I don't download it all. Hard to not download every collection of psyche and garage rock I see though. Hahahaha!
This set it too cool! I generally hate commercials but these take you back.

please don't kill this blog, it's one of the best around---I know this kind of work doesn't get lots of feedback, as from my own side, I get 1 o 2 backmessages a month, but they've been all very kind so I think it's quality not quantity that counts.

You know that Chocoreve was part of the blogs-invasion along Chrisgoes, Lostint, Heavyrockspect,LagrimPsic,Sak,Prognotf, and others. I think that it wont be the same without this lovely site.

This is a great set of music. I found your site looking for a particular punk song, this is a fantastic collection. Now I check Chocoreve regularly. The Ethnic music is wonderful, the psychedelic promos are hilarious. We realise it is a lot of work, and understand if you can't keep up. Thank you.

the same care in stopping a second to openly appreciate the work behind it. If you make it a matter of life or death, however, I feel the urge to say a big THANK YOU for your wonderful efforts.
Now I've just started digging the treasury trove that is your psych promos !EIGHT! volumes, and
I must admit I can't take a silly smile off of my face when I'm hearing it. It's just too cool
to be able to feel this US 60s vibe in such a way, it's much more "live" than any other recording
could ever hope to be. So, thanks again!

Although you have to do what you feel is best for you, I have to say that I think it would be a genuine shame if you pulled this blog.
You have a unique and valuable resource here. A lot of this stuff seems not to be all that easy to find. It seems that the general vibe of this site is fairly unique. For example, the music I know most about - Brazilian music - has numerous blogs devoted to it, which means that even quite rare stuff is not that hard to find.
I think the biggest compliment I can pay you, is that you're turning me onto stuff I never would have even considered without the existence of this blog - and surely that's what this whole thing should be about?
Anyway, good luck in whatever you decide - and thanks.

This stuff is great. I did come across an error with #6 which prevented full extraction and playback, but I'll try again. I do recall getting a tape from the late Greg Shaw in the 80s with some of this stuff, and more that isn't represented here, and since it was so well edited, I wonder if a vinyl source was used on his collection.
